October is Employee Ownership Month—a month-long celebration of the undeniable benefits employee ownership provides to employees, companies, local communities, and the nation. To celebrate, Delta Pipeline hosted events throughout the month to show gratitude to our employee-owners and raise money to help improve the communities we work and live in: *Our employee family picnic at the Long Beach Police Officers Association park not only celebrated the collective achievements of team members, but raised thousands of dollars for the Long Beach Rescue Mission!? *Lunch Drop-offs. Delta HQ brought lunches out to job sites in California and Arizona and spent time talking about the ESOP and showing gratitude to our employee-owners out in the field.
