Our community came together in a big way! Over three days, dedicated volunteers prepared a Thanksgiving feast that will feed over 800 people in Washington County. Our team crafted delicious gravy, homemade rolls, mashed potatoes, and carrots and prepped the turkeys—all with love and gratitude. Jay is responsible for overseeing Delta Defense’s sales operations, customer service, training, and affinity business units, and will play a significant leadership role in guiding the company’s business strategy to support its long-term growth objectives. Prior to joining Delta Defense, Jay served as CMO and Head of Direct Markets for Travelers Insurance, a $40 billion publicly traded insurance company with over 30,000 employees located throughout the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland. In this role, Jay had full P&L accountability for its Direct Markets business and was responsible for overall strategy, business performance, innovation platforms, and profitability for this alternative distribution channel inside the Personal Insurance business unit of Travelers Insurance. Previous to his time with Travelers Insurance, Jay held executive leadership roles at industry-leading companies such as Microsoft, Compaq, and IBM. “Jay is an extraordinarily talented and wise executive.
