Winner of the Gold medal as the best nonalcoholic cider at Cider World, Frankfurt. Der Stotz Hof, a small family farm near Lake Constance, grows exceptional organic fruit then turns it into light, crisp, and slightly astringent beverages. The juice of cider apples, perry pears, and quince are fermented in steel tanks, then gently dealcoholized via state-of-the-art vacuum distillation. The result is a delicious and refreshing aperitif. Or pair it with your favorite grilled meats and vegetables.
