If you’re not preparing for your interviews, you’re preparing to fail.
Winning an interview isn’t about luck, it’s about strategy.
The best candidates don’t just answer questions; they sell their value with confidence.
I’ve seen top candidates land roles because they prepared like pros.
Here’s how you can do the same:
Know your story – Be ready to explain your experience, skills, and career goals in a clear, compelling way.
Master the STAR method – Structure your answers with Situation, Task, Action, and Result to make them impactful. (Made a YouTube video about this one, using Mario's help ?? )
Research the company – Know their mission, values, and recent news. Show them you’re invested.
Prepare for common questions – “Tell me about yourself,” “Why do you want this role?” and “What’s your biggest weakness?” are almost guaranteed. Have strong answers ready.
Practice out loud – Saying it in your head isn’t enough. Rehearse your answers with a friend, coach, or even in front of a mirror.
Have questions ready – Asking insightful questions shows interest and helps you assess if the role is the right fit.
