This 68,000-square-foot facility, designed to provide the school's technical and trade programs, is quickly taking shape at 1011 Harrison Avenue. The three-story structure will provide students with cutting-edge classrooms, workshops, and collaborative areas, as well as spaces that actively integrate the campus with its community. Congratulations to Affirmative Investments, Inc., and Union Studio for breaking ground on Meshacket Commons in #Edgartown! The project includes two duplex buildings that will contain 40-units of affordable housing, a community building with common & amenity spaces, and outdoor recreation areas. Over the past year, we've had the incredible opportunity of transforming The Beachside Hotel on #Nantucket for Blue Flag Capital. The project included a complete renovation of 94 rooms, the lobby, amenity spaces, HVAC systems, its commercial kitchen, and the total reimagining of the hotel's courtyard pool area. Originally constructed in the 1960's, The Beachside Hotel's new look pays a stunning tribute to its coastal midcentury roots with the use of checkered terracotta tiling, a warm & earthy color palette, and natural fabrics throughout its buildings. It was a pleasure recently joining POAH Communities, Studio G Architects, Inc., Community Development Partnership, State Senator Julian Cyr, and more for the groundbreaking of The Residences at Lawrence Hill in #Wellfleet! ?? We had a wonderful morning celebrating this new #PassiveHouse project, that will bring 46 energy-efficient, affordable housing units to the Outer Cape. Nestled on a tight site at 95 Lawrence Road, #DellbrookJKS will construct an Upper Village, consisting of 22 townhouses and 2 flats across seven buildings, while a Lower Village will include a three-story building with 24-one and two bedroom units, featuring patios and decks. The Residences at Lawrence Hill will also have a community building with BBQ area, gardens and laundry, as well as 69 parking spaces. We can't wait to watch this project come to life!
