Last week, we brought our Above Restaurant Leadership Team together for an Achieving Breakthrough Results (ABR) Training, and the energy in the room was incredible! This session wasn’t just about strategy—it was about breaking barriers, elevating leadership, and setting the stage for real transformation. Over 15 years ago, STACEY RAMSEY remembers the inspiration she felt going through ABR & now she had the opportunity to show off her Facilitating Skills and host with Zack Kirby & me. A priceless pay it forward moment for sure! Thank you STACEY RAMSEY. Now, as we shift our focus to training our Assistant General Managers next week, I couldn’t be more excited! These leaders are the future of our organization, and equipping them with the right mindset, skills, and tools is how we drive sustained success. Today we celebrated the 5 year mark of Delight Granger Tacobells Grand opening?? Granger is near and dear to my heart. I was hired in as a crew member at just 16 and developed through each step of management at this location, and fast! This store was a starting point and instilled leadership skills in me. I had many learning curves and development along the way, this brought me a long way in my career to where I am today and I am beyond greatful for this location. Granger still produces impressive staffing/management and continues to strive off of culture and results. Fun Fact! ?? Delight, You’ve Done It Again! ?? We’re thrilled to announce that our 202nd restaurant—officially opened its doors to the community on January 15, 2025—Our new restaurant is in Harmony, PA, and what an opening it was! Lines of excited customers came out to experience the newest addition to our growing family. It’s true what they say: If you build it, they will come! And come they did! ?? A huge congratulations to Kristi Chontos, General Manager; Colin Dickson, District Manager; Jeff Nunez, Director of Operations; and Dan Gordon, VP of Operations. This dynamic team worked tirelessly to bring this beautiful restaurant to life. What’s even more impressive? This is their second restaurant opening in the past 47 days! ?? The level of commitment, teamwork, and leadership demonstrated by Kristi, Colin, Jeff, and Dan is outstanding! To our entire team: thank you for continuing to live our motto, We Win Together.
