FEMSA and our #ProximityandHealth division reached a significant milestone by finalizing the acquisition of 249 convenience stores and gas stations from Delek US Holdings, Inc. We are excited to welcome the DK teams to the OXXO and FEMSA family, further strengthening our commitment to excellence and growth. As part of this important journey, we visited El Paso, Texas, to connect with our new colleagues and explore some of the newly acquired stores. This acquisition represents a strategic step forward in our long-term vision to expand in North America, aligned with our #FEMSAForward strategy. We are energized by the opportunities ahead to OXXO in the U.S. market.
