Honored to have the opportunity to represent SAP at the wonderful EPIC Awards Luncheon yesterday, hosted by the power team at the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. SAP's support of the chamber allowed me to attend alongside many wonderful colleagues, some who I have known for a while, but others that helped broaden my network. Looking around the table (and the room) was a reminder of the power of diversity and connection. We had representation from different Employee Network Groups (ENGs), colleagues with a long tenure at SAP (myself included ??), and a few who are new to SAP. We all left inspired by the award winners, and reminded that excellence and impact are not a destination, but a journey. For me, it was a reminder of why I decided to join the board at the Chamber, because business can help drive economies and sustainable communities.
