On Monday, October 7th, we held our 9th Annual Summit for nurse leaders across the state. The agenda for the day was jam packed with: *Informative and engaging sessions from presenters Dr. Mary Kennard Newman, Christopher Otto and Dr. Simmy King DNP, MBA, FAAN, Treasurer on the American Organization for Nursing Leadership board of directors. *Panel discussions on experiences with Virtual Nursing and Nurse Entrepreneurship facilitated by Dr. Michelle Collins DNP, APRN, ACNS-BC, NEA-BC, NPD-BC, LSSBB and Dr. Jennifer Painter *Wrap up session where Discussion was turned into Impact led by Bridget Remel & Paige Merring, MSN, RN, CCRN, NEA-BC including panelists Denise Lottero, Julie Fausnaugh, DARETH PENUEL, Dan Zirolli, Taylor A. R. Burge MSN, FNP-BC, RN-BC, Donna Casey, Anne DeCaire PMHNP-BC, Sandra Gomberg and Dionne Price, MSN, RN-BC To top it all off, posters were presented on various topics from nurse leader attendees and the networking between attendees was amazing!
