Makaela, our South Carolina Area Sales Account Manager, joined the Delaware Elevator Carolinas team in 2024. With a focus on Maintenance and Repair, she took the leap into vertical transportation. Makaela is dedicated to ensuring everything runs smoothly and loves being a part of the Delaware Elevator Family as a woman in construction. “I’m proud to be in an industry that challenges me daily and allows me to make a real impact in vertical transportation.” ?? Madison, our Tidewater, Virginia Account Manager, finds excitement in the ever-evolving world of construction. “Having a career in construction is exciting in itself. Each day brings new opportunities to blend technology and creativity with teamwork and problem-solving. In an industry that embraces innovation at its core, it’s rewarding as a woman to have the chance to break barriers and quite literally shape skylines.” ??
