Wage Scale: $17.64 - $21.12 (plus $2.00 shift premium). 2nd Shift CNC Saw Operator Requirements: CNC experience needed; saw experience is a plus! Wage: $19.99 (plus $2.00 shift premium). Welders (2nd & 3rd Shift) Requirements: Must weld test for wage scale. Wage Scale: $21.16 - $25.87 (plus $2.00 shift premium). Deister Machine loves when customers visit our facility for tours and training sessions. ???? This week we hosted a group from one of our customers who requested maintenance training. ?????? We were able to accommodate the request by providing training in our production facility and our "new" training facility. The Deister team had a great time covering all topics, such as applications, proper installation of equipment, and proper maintenance once equipment is put into service.
