Mitchell, an executive assistant in our Hosting and Compute Directorate, manages schedules, coordinates meetings and streamlines communication to ensure leadership operates at peak efficiency, allowing them to focus on building stronger relationships with our mission partners and addressing their needs effectively. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes empowering others. "True leadership goes beyond providing solutions, it involves preparing others with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to solve problems on their own," she says. Music, reading and traveling are huge parts of Mitchell's life. Her love for travel has taken her around the world, including to Germany as seen in the photo below.
