Established in 2022, Defense Operations & Execution Solutions Inc. (DOES) is a Defense Tech startup, research, and innovation facilitation firm, with a mission to establish sustainable design and manufacturing facilities within the most vulnerable communities and HUBZones across the United States. By forging strategic alliances with both Federal and Local governments, Historically Black Colleges, and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs), and Corporations, DOES is poised to develop new high technology offerings that exceed current technological advancements, as well as supplement existing production lines to boost defense and commercial industrial footprints. Specifically, DOES is concentrated on leveraging and developing critical technologies that align with the SBA-DoD "Small Business Investment Company Critical Technology Initiative":
