Yes, there is a "theme" to these videos this week prior to St. Patrick's Day. And the reason being, we "assume" people today know better. They don't! I would encourage any #hrdirector #hrmanager #riskmanager #businessowner or those who oversee people at their place of business to share, if not this video, this *message* with your staff. It is not that they need the reminder -- they need the instruction -- as my guess is they have never been *told* to begin with what potential consequences could be to such bad behaviors, DUI's, or worse could have on their employment. You cannot remind someone of something they have not been instructed on to begin with, can you? There's an old saying in #businessmanagement, "do not EXPECT what you do not INSPECT." 'Tis the season -- for warnings!
