We offer Physical Therapy treatments, Open Swim, Lap Swim, Private and Group Swimming Lessons, Aquatic Personal Training and Aquatic Fitness Classes. Our 30 ft x 50 ft pool is kept at 91 degrees and ranges from 3.5 feet to 5.5 feet deep. Get tips on your swimming strokes from our Swim Coach, build muscle using our aquatic fitness equipment, enjoy some lap swimming, participate in the Joint Health Fitness Class or take on the more invigorating Aqua Circuit Training Class.
