Crucial Conversations is a program designed from the best-selling book by the same name, and delivers deep content focused on how to communicate effectively even when stakes are high, emotions are strong and opinions vary. For much of this week, Leslie Roseboro has been in Asheville at Deerfield Episcopal Retirement Community participating in the program to learn what it's all about. Faith Perkins, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Deerfield, facilitated. She has been a certified facilitator for several years, and delivered the content with a focus on a healthcare setting.??The class runs for three consecutive days.
