This Women’s History Month, let's shine a light on the innovators who have transformed the industry. As one of the first women in manufacturing and industrial psychology, Lillian Moller Gilbreth worked to improve workplace efficiency, designing ergonomic tools and optimizing workflows to boost productivity. Her groundbreaking time-and-motion studies helped shape modern manufacturing processes, making work more efficient and reducing fatigue for skilled workers.
