Or become easily approved here: https://lnkd.in/epUm8Zme Here is a great example of how we closed a loan for a self-employed borrower with a high DTI: Scenario: Our borrower is purchasing a second home. They have been a self-employed 1099 contractor for five years. They have a FICO of 722 and a 20% down payment. The borrower has an outstanding tax strategy that works nicely for them. However, the net reported income on the tax returns yields a 63% debt-to-income ratio. They need an alternative loan solution! Non-QM Solution: Deephaven’s Expanded-Prime product allowed the borrower to qualify using 12 months of business bank statements in lieu of the tax return. This resulted in a debt ratio of 49% within the maximum allowed of 50%. Deephaven to the rescue again! Expanded-Prime Highlights: -660 Minimum FICO -Loan Amounts from $100,000 to $3.5 million -Up to 90% LTV purchase and rate / term -Up to 80% LTV cash out Discover the Deephaven Difference

  • Deephaven’s Equity Advantage Closed End Second Allows Business Bank Statements for Qualification! Send us your scenarios today to [email protected]. They have been self-employed for the last 8 years and have a 700 FICO score. They initially considered a full doc HELOC, however, a 12-month full doc only qualified them to cash out $250,000. They asked their mortgage originator for another option. They came up with a great one! Non-QM Solution: Deephaven’s Equity Advantage Closed End Second was the perfect solution. The borrower was able to use business bank statements instead of tax returns.
