Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/eyvZs9Sm Scenario: A real estate investor has owned their investment property for 7 years. They have a first mortgage at a low interest rate. They have built substantial equity and would like to utilize that equity to continue to build their real estate investment portfolio. They want the flexibility of a line of credit giving them the ability to repay and draw as they continue to purchase additional investment properties. The borrower has a 744 FICO and a debt-to-income ratio of 47%. Non-QM Solution: Deephaven’s Equity Advantage HELOC product allowed the borrower to obtain a home equity line of credit at a 70% CLTV.
