When the weather turns colder, life doesn’t get easier for the hungry and the homeless. Tonight, the Deeley Serves Crew brought their helping hearts and hands to Hope and Life Outreach in Salisbury, warming up the guests with delicious mulled apple cider, hearty baked chicken, deep dish mac & cheese, veggies, and oodles of desserts! During this month of gratitude and giving, please consider supporting your local food pantry or shelter. EVERY donation makes a difference. Thank you!

Join Deeley at the Maryland Motor Truck Association Eastern Shore Chapter Lunch Meeting on Nov. 7 at Wor-Wic Community College. Senator Mary Beth Carozza will be discussing key issues expected to impact trucking and transportation in the next session of the Maryland General Assembly, as well as recent laws on heat stress standards and family and medical leave insurance that are either in effect now or will become effective in 2025. You don’t have to be an MMTA member to attend, and it’s a great opportunity to share your concerns with Senator Carozza. Online registration deadline is this Thursday.
