DecisionOne Dental Partners is a clinician-led firm grounded in the community dental practice. Our approach focuses on eliminating operational and bureaucratic interference, to drive all decisions around the simple question “What is best and right for this patient?”
Our network helps dentists at all stages of their practice – from veterans transitioning out of active careers to those just getting started. Some want to free themselves from operational burdens and simply focus on patients. Others want to identify and work toward a well-planned path to retirement. Still others just want a fast-track to incredible industry experience. Whatever the specific end goal, we help dentists gain experience, respect and compensation from a partner they can trust – all with an approach to dentistry they can be proud of.

Two weeks ago, we were proud to host our annual Celebrate Those Who Served event, offering FREE dental care to our Veterans. Volunteers from 13 locations came together at 7 offices to provide 68 veterans with nearly $76,000 of free dental services. Since starting this event in 2018, we have given away $293K worth of dentistry to 329 Veterans. During this month of gratitude, we literally rolled out the red carpet to welcome our amazing industry partners to a special appreciation lunch. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, enjoy a delicious meal, and share some fun goodie bags as a token of our thanks. Dr. AJ Acierno and Dr. Michael Acierno both shared a few words with the group to help express our deep appreciation for all the support our partners provide to make DecisionOne a success. Attendees also got a sneak peak for next year's 12th Annual D1 Rally theme. We are thankful for our partners every day, and it was great to celebrate together!

Well that was fun. It isn’t every day you get to deliver a TEDx style talk in a track suit to the entire DecisionOne Dental Partners organization. It's National Smile Day, so what better time to share a photo of everyone's smiling faces at this year's 11th Annual DecisionOne Dental Partners Rally?! Rally Day is the one day a year that all of our offices are closed for the day so we can all gather together for a day of motivation, inspiration & celebration! This year, we decided the Olympics weren't only taking place in Paris - they were also being celebrated in St. Charles, IL. We were inspired by the Olympics motto of Faster, Higher, Stronger - Together and left the day knowing that Yes You Can - TOGETHER! The day was action packed including talks from several of our very own team members, a trivia filled relay race, time to support Special Olympics Illinois, speaker Marty Jalove took the stage to talk BACON, we gave out several awards for Making A Difference Everyday, handed out raffle prizes, HULA HOOPED, and of course, no one can forget the fan favorite the Rhythm Messengers performed!
