Over the summer our team spent a good deal of time refining our fund model, led by Ishan Sachdev. It was a deeply illuminating exercise, and one every fund manager should do regularly. We used it to go through all our assumptions, one by one, making the implicit explicit, and assessing which of them we would deem "heroic".
