The deciBel Dayton office came together to support the FISH (Friends In Service of Humanity) Food Pantry of Greene County, Ohio. Our team collected food items, monetary donations, and helped pack, load, and deliver the contributions. The FISH Food Pantry serves 1,100-1,200 families each month in their immediate area. dB Gives and dB Dayton are proud to support this organization. Together, we made a difference for families in need! hashtag #dBGives

As part of Operation Spread Cheer, employee-owners had the privilege of giving back to residents at the Floyd E. “Tut” Fann State Veterans Home by donating much-needed items and spending quality time with them playing bingo. This fourth annual dB Gives event was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and holiday cheer as we delivered essential goods and shared meaningful moments with those who have served our country. It was a heartwarming opportunity to show our gratitude and spread joy, making this holiday season even more special for our veterans. #dbgives #veterans #community

Proud to be a Gold sponsor for today’s Redstone Update luncheon. Our own Jeff Gronberg moderated the AI panel where panelists discussed what is happening in AI technology in the Army and across DoD. Our community is on the cutting-edge and we are proud to be a part of it. Shout out to Dave Knowles for a great recap.
The HMCC "Redstone Update" was, again this year, an informative presentation for Industry and our community! Much is happening on Redstone Arsenal -- a Center of Excellence -- with its 65+ Federal Agencies and today featured: the FBI; NASA Marshall Space Flight Center; Space & Missile Defense Command; Rapid Capabilities & Critical Technologies Office; Contested Logistics Cross Functional Team. However, for this liberal arts guy, the final panel discussion, facilitated by Jeff Gronberg [Standing], titled "Driving Innovation Together with AI & Advanced Analytics" was truly mind-blowing!! The panel of distinguished speakers consisted of [L-R]: Dr. Doug Matty, UAH; Seth E. Farrington, DEVCOM Aviation & Missile Center; Lisa Hirschler, U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command; COL Trent Geisler, U.S. Army Materiel Command. Highlights for me were: 1. AI = hardware, software, policy, and people working together! 2. The U.S. Army needs Industry to: work with them; provide the framework of the AI that is developed; continually "push the envelope"; support ongoing experimentation of the AI to constantly improve it. 3. For the U.S. Army overall, current theoretical AI is good, but the applied AI needs improvement. 4. To improve AI, it is essential to have quality data and the advanced training of analysts. 5. Workforce retention and acquisition for these departments is challenging, but by "casting a wider net", providing opportunities to work on "really cool stuff", and investing in training and supporting formal education, talented staff can be procured. 6. Setting-up secure, "open forums" for conversations between the U.S. Army and Industry would be very beneficial to both areas in the development of AI. 7. To easily share advancements with other U.S. Branches, it would be necessary to remove much of the red tape of procurement. Carey Rosenblum Michael Rosenblum Claire Aiello

Last week, dB Gives had the privilege of volunteering at the Huntsville Botanical Garden's Galaxy of Lights. On a beautiful, crisp night, our team, joined by members of the Madison Academy National Honor Society, came together to support this beloved community event. It was a wonderful opportunity to give back, connect, and spread some holiday cheer! Thank you to everyone who made the night so special. We’re proud to be a part of such a vibrant and giving community! #dBGives #GalaxyofLights
