At the New York Organizaion for Nursong Keadership I had the great opportunity to meet in person #Jenna Blind and great to see so many great nurse leaders from New York and learning all they are doing for nurses and ultimately patients in their communities.

I had the privilege to speak on the K-12 Pipeline, the Prpfessional Academic Workforce Model at the AARP Menroting Success conference at Morgan State. The conference brought HRSA, minority serving schools and professional nursing organizations together to share best practices and develop collaborations.

I had the wonderful opportunity to serve in a panel discussion regarding opportunities for nurses to achieve fellowship in many organizations. Becoming a fellow is recognition of my impactful, sustainable contributions to nursing and caring for communities across the globe. Truly humbling.

Awesome few days at the American Nurses Association Membership Assembly in Washington DC. Learning, networking with colleagues from across the nation and from many professional nurse organizations.

The American Academy of Nursing is proud to announce the distinguished cohort of nurse leaders to be inducted as its 2024 Fellows.
