After seven months of perseverance and healing, Leanna Morris, a dedicated Deaconess ER nurse, triumphantly returned to work, marking a truly inspiring moment. On March 14, Leanna's life was profoundly altered when a wrong-way driver collided head-on with her vehicle, leaving Leanna with severe injuries. Her resilience shone through as she faced numerous surgeries and months of rehabilitation. Yesterday, her return to the ER was celebrated with heartfelt joy and admiration. Colleagues and friends gathered to cheer her on, demonstrating their deep respect and support. Even those who had been on leave came back to join in the celebration, honoring Leanna’s remarkable journey and her incredible strength in overcoming such a devastating challenge.
