de Anda Capital LLC is an independent sponsor and family office with over 140+ completed deals, predominantly in search funds, now specializing in acquiring companies with 15-50M in cashflows. de Anda Capital distinguishes itself by taking a more active and involved role with its investments. We create value by aligning closely with the management teams and our investment partners. Michael de Anda, founder, has made dozens of investments (listed below), is the largest co-investor by deal number in Western Tech, the pioneer of Venture Debt (7B+ capital committed in 10 funds), and remains a part owner of the Golden State Warriors. Much of de Anda Capital's success is predicated on the development of "Search Funds" a specialized structure used for the acquisition of companies and assets, typically for roll-ups, with the express purpose of generating a 15x return in 5-7 years.
