Congratulations to LMN Architects for unveiling the final design of the Forest Trailhead exhibit at the Woodland Park Zoo! DCW served as the cost estimator on this exciting, sustainability-focused project. We're excited to see updates to Northwest Studio Architects Urban Designer Seattle Civic Campus Initiative! DCW collaborated with Northwest Studios on this project from 2019 to 2023. We love working on projects that benefit our community and we're excited to see the historic Courthouse District be such a center for civic life. We also love getting a shoutout in publications like the DJC! We think it's very important for all firms involved to get the recognition for all the hard work that was put into the project. Once again, DCW is proud to participate in Obliteride, the annual bike ride and 5K walk/run that connects and empowers people to help cure cancer faster by raising funds for Fred Hutch Cancer Center. We're so honored to be involved with this event each year, and to commit financially to an organization that supports a cause as great as this. It's very exciting for the Opsis Architecture team to celebrate the ribbon cutting at the Portland Community College Rock Creek Farm. DCW performed cost estimating services on this project back in 2022. It's always so rewarding to see the results of our work, no matter how much time has passed. Congratulations to Opsis and Portland Community College!

Exciting news! Our very own Brittany Gelleri has given birth to a beautiful baby boy, Hollis Murray Gelleri! Baby and Mom are both doing great and are back home from the hospital. Frequent collaborators with DCW will be very familiar with Brittany and the amazing work she does for us and our clients. Congratulations to Brittany and her husband Jake!
