On National Propane Day, October 7th, it was an absolute pleasure and privilege to welcome Congresswoman Robin Kelly to our Hicksgas location in Kankakee, Illinois. ? We took the opportunity to showcase the various sectors and applications in which propane is used and discussed how propane is a safe, reliable, and affordable solution for homes and businesses. ? We also discussed the future role propane has to play in helping customers to decarbonize and the important need to reauthorize the Diesel Emission Reduction Act (DERA) (https://www.epa.gov/dera) which is due to expire later this month.?DERA promotes significant reductions in diesel emissions and exposure. #Propane #nationalpropaneday #decarbonize
