Construction has begun on our Atlanta East Hyperscale Data Center Campus. The facility is designed to accommodate hundreds of thousands of square feet with 216MW of total power committed by Georgia Power. With a hyperscale client anchoring the first phase of the project, additional space will open up for tenants with expected delivery in 4Q 2025.
