DCHFA's Steve Clinton will lead a discussion on Multifamily Financial Innovations during NCSHA's Annual Conference & Showplace next Monday, September 30 at 4:15pm. The discussion will cover the rising demand for affordable housing as well as financial costs. Additionally, panelists will explore new funding sources and loan options, and find out how to effectively structure multifamily deals for maximum impact. Please attend if you are of interest.

Congratulations to Foulger Pratt on last week’s grand opening of Paxton, an all-affordable apartment community. DCHFA is proud to have served as the tax exempt bond lender.

Last week DCHFA Executive Director and CEO, Christopher Donald spoke at the groundbreaking for One Hawaii. One Hawaii is a Wesley Housing community contributing 70 units to Ward 5. This project will consist of 10 studios, 38 one-bedrooms, 7 two-bedrooms, and 15 three-bedrooms for residents at 80% MFI and below. DCHFA is proud to have contributed financially to the development of this project in the amount of $29,690,000.
