One of the things I appreciate most about dbt Labs is the flexibility, which has been invaluable as a working parent. Whether it’s adjusting my schedule for a sick toddler, handling unexpected snow days, or stepping away for a parent-teacher conference, I’ve never had to choose between being present for my family and being successful at work. The trust and understanding from leadership make a huge difference, allowing me to manage my responsibilities on my own schedule. Knowing I can take care of my family while still having a meaningful career makes dbt Labs a truly supportive workplace.
