Awesome week last week in Cancun for dbt Labs CKO--it was exciting to get together and recognize all of the achievements of the entire worldwide team, including the Americas being named Geo of the Year! We're building something really special here--some highlights from the week: - Matt Miller and Sonya Huang sharing their view on dbt, the market, and the massive opportunity in front of us ?? - Welcoming a new leader in the Americas--Daniel Reyna jumping in head first on his first day at CKO! ?? - Doubling down on Command of the Message (Thank you John Boney and Force Management!) to align our entire company, and invest in the skills of our reps ?? - Sending 18 people in the AMER org to Presidents Club in Hawaii in a few short months--the Americas will make up more than 60% of attendees ?? - Celebrating the 17 individuals we promoted in the AMER org with the new Fiscal Year--congratulations to them all ??
