Congratulations to DBSI and EJ Kritz on the "Visionary Voices" conference that just wrapped up today in Phoenix. This was one of the most productive events I've attended and it provided an opportunity to make some meaningful connections. I was happy to see some existing partners there with Kinective and meet colleagues from all over the country. EJ Kritz really knows how to design an experience and was a fantastic host. We came away with a lot to think about and some really innovative ideas. The Ideation Center at DBSI is beautiful from floor to ceiling, and the team who met with us really listened to our needs, responding with well informed insights. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Two thumbs up. I would go again and recommend to others.

A headquarters isn’t just a corporate office. It’s the DNA of a financial institution, the hub where culture, collaboration, and innovation converge. Yet #digitalsignage in most cases is an afterthought. Screens get added at the last minute, wedged into spaces that were never designed for them. Even in a fully built HQ, digital signage can still be a seamless layer of presence enhancing the environment, shaping interactions, and reinforcing a company’s identity. Headquarters being multi-story ecosystems with different departments, executive floor, collaboration spaces, visitors, partners, employees - all experiencing the space in different ways. It sometimes even shares real estate where another entity exists within the same building. All of this needs to function cohesively. Digital signage can de-silo an entire HQ experience. The best HQ experiences are where every space serves a purpose, and digital signage should enhance that purpose, not compete with it. In the lobby, digital should feel like it belongs. ? A large LED canvas that doesn’t just display content, it sets the tone. ? Murals with embedded screens that evolve with seasons, milestones, and company history. ? LED pillars as design elements and #Micromesh LED installations on glass walls, not just signage, but a shift in atmosphere. In collaboration areas, digital signage should guide, not distract. ? Live dashboards, team milestones & celebrations, and quiet cues for movement and flow. ? Moss walls with subtle digital accents, blending organic materials with interactive layers of storytelling. In executive spaces, digital should be strategy in motion. ? A dynamic layer that adapts displaying market insights, innovation dashboards, and real-time visualizations. ? Conference room glass that transforms - privacy when needed. Even if an HQ is fully built, digital signage is still an opportunity to rethink how the space communicates. On every layer it doesn’t just reinforce leadership vision, streamlines communication - it becomes the canvas for narrative of where the company is headed. Designing an HQ space the questions need to be asked: Does digital signage guide movement or disrupt flow? Does it integrate with design, or does it feel separate? Does it reinforce culture, identity, and connection, or is it just there? Because technology will change. Trends will shift.
