Unlocking the Future of Food: 2025 Begins ?? We’ve just completed our planning and officially kicked off 2025—a year that is pivotal for Day 8. This year is all about scaling up production, working with the many companies eager to get their hands on our unique Rubisco protein ?? , and expanding our team in agriculture and food technology. We’re also on track to complete our first regulatory approval, bringing us one step closer to making this breakthrough protein widely available. We’ve known Amit for a long time through her work at The Kitchen Hub by Strauss, and when the opportunity arose, we immediately jumped at the chance to bring her on board. We’re grateful to have her talent, experience, intelligence, and fun spirit boosting our team. Amit is joining us at an extremely exciting time for Day 8.
