Job-board costs draining your profits?...??? A UK recruitment agency we work with recently audited their old CRM before migrating to a new system. They wanted to see how many of their placements of candidates sourced from job-boards already existed in their database… It was 40%. That means, at least 40% (and we are hearing this number being much higher in other businesses) of their job-board spend was wasted on paying to re-download candidates. They certainly didn’t get 2x the revenue for the placement. Cost-aside, this is before you even consider your rich data or ongoing nurturing/engagement with candidates in your local database, that enables faster placements.
