From intern to full-time food scientist! Kynidi Luster’s journey at Dawn is an incredible example of how hands-on experience, mentorship, and a supportive team can shape a career. As a 2024 graduate of our Dawn Foods North America internship program, she had the opportunity to explore her passions, gain real-world experience, and work with her manager who invested in her growth. We had the privilege of hearing from N. J. Akbar, Ph.D., a powerful leader, who spoke on Work and Legacy: African Americans' Contributions to Economic Progress. His keynote explored the resilience of Black workers, the challenges that remain, and the importance of creating workplaces where everyone belongs. Jeremy’s addition reflects the critical role technology plays in shaping Dawn’s strategy and growth. Introducing the third cohort of the Dawn Women’s Leadership Development Program (WLDP) We’re proud to introduce the third cohort of talented women participating in WLDP, a program designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and support the growth of women at Dawn.
