On October 12th, the Davis Center celebrated its 25th anniversary with the Davis Center Investment Symposium: Celebrating 25 Years of Success! We were excited to welcome back 200+ alumni and guests to engage in discussion panels, to network with current students and faculty, and to commemorate the impact the Center has had on their careers and the School of Business Administration. We extend our gratitude to all our investment panelists, speakers, donors, and alumni. Specifically, we are thankful to Mr. Dick Davis and his wife, Sue Davis, for all their support and trust in our undergraduate students. We began our exciting day by kicking off with a welcome by SBA Dean Collier, as well as opening remarks from our Davis Center Director and UD professor, Dan Kapusta. Throughout the day, we heard from SBA and Davis Center alumni sharing their wisdom and career advice (panels listed below). Finally, UD President Spina began our evening reception with closing remarks. Panel #1: School of Business Administration Alumni? Panel #2: Women in Finance? Panel #3: Chartered Financial Analysts? Panel #4: Ohio Corporate Executives (C-Suite) Currently, the Davis Center handles over $80.2M assets under management. We look forward to what we can do over the next 25 years!
