This National Nutrition Month, we’ve been celebrating the rich cultural diversity of our staff, patients, and community by featuring culturally-inspired, healthy meals every Thursday in March. On Thursday, March 27, we invite you to join us for a wholesome, Amish-inspired dish in the DCH cafeteria from 11 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. Amish cuisine is deeply rooted in simple, hearty, and farm-fresh ingredients that provide comfort and nourishment. This meal is designed to be both authentic and nutritious, honoring time-honored cooking traditions while promoting balanced eating.
