ANNOUNCEMENT Having survived a difficult medical year including prostate cancer, I am excited to reintroduce Dave Daniels Consulting, Inc. I will be focused on two major areas moving forward: 1- Personality Alignment Instrument (PAI) & 2- The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) PAI was developed by Stephen Dawson, DSL. We have formed a strategic partnership to introduce this dynamic instrument to organizations that desire to improve their productivity through reinvigorated employee engagement. PAI is a human capital management (HCM) instrument to both measure and align prioritized responsibilities based on the completed job analysis in comparison to employee responses using three distinct questions for each prioritized job responsibility. The instrument operates using self-reporting and observing reporting of life events by way of forced choice statements to feed factor analysis. It is based on the work of Carl Jung. Additional intellectual property from Dr. Dawson has been added to Jung's work. The instrument is a proprietary asset. Please reach out to me to establish a 20" overview.
