Amazon app users and web users don't have the same engagement levels, and major promotional events like Prime Day affect those engagement levels differently. 2?? Purchase behaviors vary between app and web users on Amazon. 3?? Some Amazon product categories are more popular in-app and others prevail on the web. 4?? One type of shopper is more likely to be brand loyal to Amazon, while the other is more likely to visit a competitor like Walmart or Target.
