Through the WiSTEM^2D initiative, we engaged with an exceptional leadership team who shared insights on: ? The evolution of data science applications across different J&J divisions. ? Kelton Minor's fascinating research at the The Data Science Institute at Columbia University and Columbia Climate School sheds light on many lesser-known but critical consequences of rising global temperatures: disrupted sleep patterns. His new study, published in the Lancet, highlights that as the climate warms, sleep loss becomes a growing public health concern, disproportionately affecting vulnerable communities.
