What a great week at #AllInCCA2024! I had the pleasure of representing DataKind at the Data 101 session alongside Carrie R. Hodge of Complete College America, Kathleen Boody of National Student Clearinghouse, and Ayana Tapper and Rachel Rush-Marlowe of ResearchEd. We discussed democratizing data at postsecondary educational institutions, as well as tools for using data to drive impactful decision making, including DataKind's Student Success Tool. Many thanks to the team at CCA for putting together a fantastic conference!

DataKind was proud to support initial prototyping of the Rural Financial Observatory. We look forward to following the Observatory's growth in support of Colombians across the country!
?? https://lnkd.in/exgKB-gV

Check out this NPR mention on our partner Sustainable Organic Integrated Livelihoods (SOIL)! We worked with SOIL on the Container-Based Action Routing Tool (CART) where it has already cut route distances by 10%, leading to significant fuel savings and increasing capacity to serve more families. The solution also helped SOIL onboard new drivers as they scale their services and easily reassign existing drivers to new areas. #DataKind #SOILHaiti #datascience #AI #routeoptimization #SanitationForAll #safesanitation #cleanwater #SDGs
SOIL's on NPR for World Toilet Day! ?? ? Sasha Kramer spoke with NPR’s Marc Silver about expanding access to safe sanitation in Haiti and the power of recycling nutrients from human waste. ?? ?? ?? On this World Toilet Day, SOIL is proud to provide over 19,500 people in Haiti with access to safe sanitation and our vision includes unlocking access for thousands more.
