I met with an investor who asked if AI agents would make DataInsta’s talent obsolete. ( Not Now, Lets assume when we reach the so called AGI ) My response was clear: real value comes from asking the right questions, designing the right systems, and applying deep domain expertise. Yes, AI can handle a lot of heavy lifting, but humans remain essential for that final 10%...the part involving nuanced reasoning, creativity, and strategic thinking. We don’t fully understand our own human benchmark. Coding, math, and data processing are tasks AI handles well, but our capacity for complex reasoning goes far beyond that. Even if AI becomes more advanced, enterprise environments rely on unique data and specialized knowledge. AI alone, trained mostly on internet data, isn’t enough to tackle those complexities. That’s why the experts remain indispensable and why I believe human talent will always be at the core of innovation.
