We're thrilled to announce our new partnership with Data Strategy, a leading consultancy company that collaborates with companies, serving as an end-to-end data team for all their needs. Our mission at Rivery is to make complex data integration simple. Today, it's not as simple for companies as it should be.     We are thrilled to share a recent project where we partnered with a healthcare company to take their data capabilities to the next level! Like many growing companies, they were facing challenges scaling their data infrastructure to match their growth, which led to their data team being stuck in report-generation mode and not yet a true strategic force. Working together, we: ?? Built a secure, compliant data infrastructure that consolidates a single source of truth, with a major migration from MySQL to #snowflake. This shift involved mapping over 50 processes and validating 100+ tables for robust, trustworthy data. ?? Transformed the data team into a proactive, strategic partner by aligning data initiatives with company and product goals. ?? Helped the company leverage their data, and implement a Data Led Growth approach to make better growth related decisions The Impact? Our work led to a twofold boost in analytics output, strengthened B2B relationships, reduced client churn, and empowered more strategic product decisions. We’re so proud to see their data team leading the charge in scaling their product and driving real sales growth. Here’s to using data not just to inform but to drive real, transformative change!
