Writing for Forbes Business Council, our CEO Ben Jones advised that companies seeking to retain top talent in 2025 should implement an AI training program: "In order to attract and retain top talent, companies need to train their employees on AI–what it is, what it isn't, how to use it effectively, as well as how to use it responsibly and ethically. This training needs to be intensive, hands-on and practical. It also needs to cut through all the fear and marketing hype. AI should be a useful tool rather than a fad or buzzword." What steps is your organization taking to train employees on AI? What separates great AI training from poor AI training? Share in the comments below! Being highly literate in data and AI involves more than just technical skills; it also involves a number of critical ATTITUDES and BEHAVIORS. One of the necessary attitudes is ALERTNESS. When working with data and AI, we need to be alert to what they're telling us, but we also need to be alert to the many potential PITFALLS involved with working with these powerful but ultimately imperfect tools. Don't just train your team how to use #Excel, #python, and #PowerBI. Also make sure they learn how to apply their knowledge and skills in a way that truly benefits the organization, and that protects you from common blunders and mistakes.
