There are many little tricks that Dashlane offers, that our users are not aware of. One of those is our Right-Click to Fill feature, which I wanted to spotlight based on some recent conversations I had with Dashlane customers. One question that often comes up is what to do when?autofill doesn’t work as expected. That’s where?Right-Click to Fill?comes in as a reliable fallback! Here’s how it works: 1???Navigate to the form field?(e.g., username, password, or credit card). 2???Right-click?in the field and select?Dashlane?from the context menu. 3?? Pick the right type of data then Dashlane will display your saved entries for that field, and you can select the one you want to fill. This feature ensures you can still quickly fill in your data, even if standard autofill runs into a hiccup. Want to know more? Check out:?https://lnkd.in/g-wrW6M4 Have you tried Right-Click to Fill yet? Did you find it helpful? Let me know your thoughts in the comments! ??

“Driving Cybersecurity Workflows with AI-Enhanced Software Development - with Frédéric R. of Dashlane and Tsavo Knott of Pieces for Developers” https://lnkd.in/d7yBdJUS Cybersecurity remains a critical concern for business leaders globally. The Office of Management and Budget reports that federal agencies disclosed over 32,000 cyber incidents to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency in 2023 alone. While government efforts show progress, with 12 agencies scoring 90-100 on cybersecurity metrics, challenges persist as many recommendations to those same federal agencies since 2010 remain unimplemented. Emerj Artificial Intelligence Research Senior Editor Matthew DeMello recently engaged with Frédéric R., CTO of Dashlane, and Tsavo Knott, CEO of Pieces for Developers, to discuss the importance of integrating security early in the software development process. Both leaders emphasize the need for balancing security with resource constraints, particularly in startups, while ensuring user-friendly solutions to drive adoption. Pieces, an AI-driven platform, supports developers by enhancing cross-platform workflow efficiency. Dashlane, a leading password manager, focuses on convenience-driven security adoption. This article analyzes three critical insights for business leaders across industrial sectors yielded from their conversation: - Prioritizing user convenience to drive security adoption - Developing cross-platform tools to enhance workflow continuity - Prioritizing early security integration in development #Cybersecurity #TechLeadership #SoftwareDevelopment #AI #PasswordManagement #B2B #SaaS #RiskManagement #CrossPlatform #SecurityIntegration #CISecurity #CloudSecurity #WorkflowAutomation #CyberDefense #DataProtection #EmerjMediaServices

Had a great discussion with Jason Chan, former CISO of Netflix about building for a #identityfirst paradigm. If you missed it, listen to it on demand. Some highlights. Protect the person, not just the data Paint a vision that in a world where screens are disposable, data is in cloud, the most important thing is to protect the person Do an archaeology of what you have and where are your risk. You cannot secure what you don't know about. So get visibility, & inventory of where identities are created, stored and where are the risk Secure Access Overwhelming the organization's highest priority need is to secure employee while reducing friction. Access is distributed and very dependent on the needs of the different team within the organization so build some strategic principles around access e.g. ubiquitous MFA Drive Adoption Measure adoption of access principles by segments of employees, understand barriers - adjust and iterate. Constantly show progress to build momentum Establish relationship with key stakeholders in the organization Managing identity is an ongoing affair so having connectivity with the stakeholder allows a security team to learn and influence behaviors Communicate the business value Connect the investment in identity to business goals and how it is advancing business priorities Thank you Jason Chan!
