Dashboard.Earth creates financial incentives for people to take climate actions in their homes and neighborhoods.

关于我们

Dashboard.Earth is a transformative platform designed to drive individual engagement in climate resilience. We offer hyperlocal actions curated by NGOs and subject matter experts in a fun-filled, gamified mobile app spanning every key aspect of climate adaptation. Drawing on extensive research into behavior change, we strive to empower the 67% of Americans experiencing climate anxiety to transform their homes and communities. Our vision is to create a marketplace where organizations with climate objectives incentivize individuals to achieve Verified Climate Outcomes: the aggregate climate-positive impact of actions tracked and validated by our platform. Our clients include non-profits, corporations, and government agencies, all seeking “no regrets” outcomes with measurable co-benefits aligned with regional climate goals. We believe that by leveraging technology to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, tools, and financial resources among previously isolated individuals and institutions, we can achieve community resilience goals and thrive in the face of climate change.

Happy Earth Day! We're proud to announce 3 new employee engagement programs activating today with Beyond Meat, Ritual and UNIVERSAL WASTE SYSTEMS, INC. Special shoutouts to Jaclyn Allen, Emilee Madrak and Jessica Ramon for bringing Dashboard.Earth to your teams — we're so excited to see the impact you make! For those of us working in climate, the federal pullback on funding, policy and science has underscored that we need new leadership to fill the gap. Employers have a great opportunity to lead by mobilizing their employees to take action in their daily lives. And it makes good business sense in terms of employee loyalty and retention. A 2024 Deloitte study reported that the #1 climate resource Gen Z and millennials would like their employers to provide was education on how to live their lives more sustainably. Dashboard.Earth provides a turn-key, cost-efficient way to turn employees' latent desire to help into measurable impact and make their communities more resilient. We're excited and grateful to launch these new partnerships on Earth Day.

  • Our CEO and Co-founder Gayatri Roshan recently had the opportunity to sit down with Nature Tech Collective to chat about how Dashboard.Earth is reimagining how climate adaptation gets funded—from the ground up. In the interview, she shares how we’re turning everyday actions like composting or reducing energy use into Verified Climate Outcomes—units of measurable, fundable impact that cities, companies, and philanthropies can invest in. The goal? Build the financial infrastructure that makes local climate action worthwhile, visible, and economically rewarding—so resilience becomes something everyone can participate in. 🎙️ Check out the full interview here! https://lnkd.in/gYhzCx-b #NatureTech #ClimateAdaptation #ClimateFinance

💸 Climate adaptation is happening on the ground, but most funding still flows top-down. Dashboard.Earth is changing that. Their platform turns everyday climate actions, like capturing rainwater or reducing energy use, into Verified Climate Outcomes (VCOs) that cities, companies, and philanthropies can fund. By building the financial infrastructure for local adaptation, they’re creating real economic incentives for individual climate action, and making resilience something everyone can participate in. We spoke to Dashboard.Earth's CEO & Co-founder Gayatri Roshan to learn more!👇 #NatureTech #ClimateAdaptation #Sustainability #ClimateFinance #ImpactInnovation #VerifiedClimateOutcomes #EnvironmentalEquity cc Joris gunawardena Jesse W. Voting is now open—and it’s a key factor in getting this session selected. If you believe in making impact funding faster, easier, and more accessible, we’d be grateful for your vote. 📅 Vote by April 13 🔗 Vote here: https://lnkd.in/gkMPQK84 👉 Know a funder, donor, or change-maker who should hear this? Inspired by our CEO and Co-Founder Gayatri Roshan's latest reflections on systems, worldviews, and leverage points for change. What if we designed an economy that sustains life instead of consuming it? What if we shifted the goal from infinite growth to regeneration? Read the blog post here: https://lnkd.in/dnscF_mN And please do share your thoughts in the comments!

Lately, as I process everything from the LA fires to the state of our politics, I keep returning to Donella Meadows. She taught that if you want to change a system, the most powerful place to start is worldview: the deep assumptions that shape everything. The second most powerful? Goals. The goals of a system determine how it behaves, what it prioritizes, what it sacrifices. Right now, the economy’s goal is extraction—of time, energy, natural resources—turning life into money, no matter the consequences. But goals aren’t fixed. They can be rewritten. What if we designed an economy that sustains life instead of consuming it? What if we shifted the goal from infinite growth to regeneration? I explore this in my latest piece: The Economy is a Belief System. Read it here: https://lnkd.in/dnscF_mN Curious to hear your thoughts—how do we shift the goals that shape our world?

A must-read from Dashboard.Earth founder Gayatri Roshan about moving forward after last month's fires. A bright, sustainable future is possible for Los Angeles and other climate-vulnerable cities. #losangeles #climatechange #climateaction #climateresilience

Imagine a city that captures water instead of losing it, where homes are fire-adapted, and infrastructure works with nature instead of against it. This is the future that’s possible for Los Angeles. I’ve been thinking about for decades at this point. Our expansion into fire-prone areas, water mismanagement, and short-term policies left millions vulnerable, the city has to make resilience its priority. It’s the only way forward. The solutions already exist. The funding is there. Now, it’s just about staying the course. I dive deeper into this in my latest piece. Read my full take at the link below: https://lnkd.in/ept5WSzZ
