Innovative Tooling: We work with the best tooling engineers in the industry and use the latest technology to ensure the tool is designed to perform. A well-designed tool can reduce the price per piece by reducing scrap, increasing efficiency, and sustaining higher shot counts. Some tools can be difficult to create, and we never shy away from a good challenge. We have a reputation for being creative and solving complex tooling problems that our competition often doesn't want to attempt. Value Added Operations: Dart Casting is dedicated to assisting our customers as they complete their product. Whether a piece requires machining or finishing, painting or powder coating, assembly or more, we get the job done. A customer’s satisfaction is our ultimate priority and if an added service is needed we will finish it in-house or coordinate the process to get it done. Transition Existing Tooling: Transitioning an existing tool to a new supplier can be tricky. Getting a sample made of your product and going into full production mode can be time-consuming and expensive. Dart Casting offers a FastTrac service for all transfer tooling projects that vastly reduces the time, cost and headaches involved in such a process. We will provide you a sample casted product — from tooling arriving at our dock to your door step — in 48 hours. Give us a call and we’ll gladly provide you the contacts of customers that have gone thru this process so you can hear for yourself how smoothly FastTrac helped accomplish a tooling transfer.
