And in seeing similar posts here on this platform, I am aware that my experience is not uncommon.
Many others have had terrible experiences.
It's way too common.
So, for that reason, when I find a firm and a principal or partner changing it up and delivering well, I have to provide a shoutout...
This year, I switched over to Jordan L. Keller, CPA based out of Houston with Dark Horse CPAs and had a pretty flawless experience.
From the moment I said I was ready to start my return to finalization, it was executed with precision and great communication.
My returns were finalized within ?? ???????? of my submission of all requested items.
And they use a platform that allows you answer questions and submit responses that determine what tax credits and deductions you qualify for...
And when they finalize your returns, they send you a nice summary video explaining what you did qualify for and compare it against your submissions.
And the video explains how they applied the credits and deductions and also how everything they input reconciles to the information I provided them.
Easy.
Convenient (I got to watch an explainer video at my convenience instead of HAVING to set up a call in my already busy schedule).
Great follow through.
Great/timely communication.
Great turnaround.
