With gratitude for the incredible individuals who enrich our lives, we look forward to embracing the opportunities ahead with resilience, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Daniel Watson, our oldest son, finished his first-semester Senior Business Internship with Dapco this month. Dapco was named after our three sons (Daniel, Andrew, and Phillip) and was established in 2013. Since Daniel is the "D" in Dapco, it gave us great joy to share this experience with him. I own the company and my husband manages operations, so this was a unique yet exciting opportunity for each of us. In his time with Dapco, Daniel managed accounts receivables, scheduled and performed deliveries, participated in developing vendor arrangements, and assisted with procurement. His successes included optimizing our purchase order generation process, redesigning our backup system, and updating our T&C's. He also got a crash course in QuickBooks. Did he made mistakes? He sure did! Were we harder on him than we would be on other students? Absolutely! Are Brian Watson and I overwhelmingly proud of his performance and dedication? You better believe it!! Daniel will begin his second-semester internship with Dapco in January. He plans to attend USC School of Law in the fall. Our objectives include treasuring this enriching experience as we learn from each other and collaborate to do even bigger things. We sure do love you, son!
